First I want to mention that it is not necessary to have a specific type of candle in the house. Almost all the candles are perfectly functional for our relaxation, but mainly the aromatic ones. So I will give you some ideas on what kind of perfumes to use to fully enjoy all the benefits that an aromatic relaxation with candles can offer you.

The most common candle for relaxation and aromatherapy is the one with lavender aroma. How can it not be, after all, since it is the most common ingredient in products that help relax and relieve stress, such as aromatic oils, soaps, lotions, bath oils, etc. Other perfumes that are widely used in the candle industry in recent years and their reputation is so strong, but also so closely associated with relaxation are: chamomile, vanilla, sage, bergamot and sandalwood.

Remember that the color of the candles used for relaxation purposes is very important and should be given special attention. For example, some of the sweetest and most suitable colors that help you calm down are: blue, white, violet and light pink. Avoid the very striking colors such as: orange, yellow and red, which make it difficult to fully relax and are impressed for a long time in the mind.

A very simple way to use the above candles in your relaxation and stress relief is this: take a deep breath looking at the candle flame while it is lit. Focus on the base area around the flame (you will notice that it has a light blue color around the yellow) see how the colors change discreetly. Continue to take deep, calm breaths while staying focused on the candle. You will be very helpful if the exercise is done in a room with soft lighting and will clearly have better results.

Finally something that few know is how effective the combination of water and candles is, and how amazing the results are. So I recommend you to use extra scented candles, in combination with the first technique especially. Alternatively you can place a candle in a bowl with a small amount of water at the bottom and also throw in some colored stones or the well-known crystals of positive energy, something very good not only for your relaxation but also for the decoration of your home, believe me.
